Missions to Africa

How it all began

africa

After a trip to Lusaka, Zambia in 2004, Pastor Jerry had a vision for Zambia.  Initially the vision involved planting churches and a ministry school; however, as time progressed so has the vision. God, in this vision, showed a farm with various cattle and crops.  This would assist in feeding all connected to the ministry.  To present Jesus Christ was and still is the main purpose for ministry. We will start a church followed by a ministry school, an orphanage, and a school for education. Planting churches throughout Zambia and presenting Jesus Christ is the main objective.

In 2006, Pastor Jerry met Samuel Matoka, an African minister and Samuel heard the vision.  After much prayer, we agreed to be partners in this endeavor.  This ministry is called Daystar Africa. Our hope is to impact this country with the good news of Jesus Christ.

The following is a statement of our position of basic Christian doctrines. As once stated by a great missionary, "There are certain basic Christian truths about which there must be agreement. On all other doctrines there should be liberty. In all things there must be charity." read more...
